Return window and eligibility

A return request must reach us within 30 days after the item is delivered. The item must come back in the condition received: unworn or unused, with its tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Starting and sending a return

Begin by emailing usmanabdulla745@gmail.com. Approved returns must be sent to 214 Lincoln Ave, Santa Fe, New Mexico, 87501, United States. After acceptance, we provide a return label and directions for where and how to send the parcel. Merchandise mailed before approval will not be accepted; return questions may also be sent to that email.

Damage, defects, or an incorrect item

Inspect the delivery promptly. If a product is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, notify us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Items that cannot be returned

Returns are unavailable for perishables such as food, flowers, or plants; custom or personalized goods, including special orders; personal-care items such as beauty products; hazardous materials; flammable liquids; and gases. Sale merchandise and gift cards are also final. Ask us if the status of a particular product is uncertain.

Exchanges

For the quickest exchange, return the item you have. After that return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement product.

European Union cooling-off right

When merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return the order for any reason, without justification, within 14 days. The item must still be unworn or unused, tagged, in its original packaging, and supported by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund timing

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. An approved amount is sent automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
