Carriers, service levels, and timing

Standard, expedited, and priority delivery are offered through DHL and USPS. Transit normally takes 1–7 business days after fulfillment, except when the carrier encounters unavoidable delay. Fee-based express choices through FedEx and USPS may also be available. Select a service at checkout; transit estimates vary and no delivery date is guaranteed.

Fulfillment commitment

We work to fulfill every order as quickly as possible. If no shipping-confirmation email has arrived by the third business day after you place the order, contact Support for assistance.

Freight forwarders

We do not ship orders to freight forwarders or package-forwarding services. An order intended for either type of intermediary will be cancelled and fully refunded.
